01.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between joya9 bet and any person who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of joya9 bet — whether browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

joya9 bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you are accessing joya9 bet on behalf of any organisation, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.

02.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use joya9 bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

• You have not previously been excluded from the joya9 bet platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party or operating a business that involves using joya9 bet accounts.

joya9 bet implements age-verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. You may be required to provide a copy of your National ID card, passport, or other government-issued proof of identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

joya9 bet actively monitors accounts for indicators of underage access. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any funds on deposit returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible. joya9 bet is committed to protecting vulnerable individuals and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

03.Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on joya9 bet. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same bKash or Nagad wallet, the same email address, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. joya9 bet employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joya9 bet account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party under any circumstances. joya9 bet will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent joya9 bet should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify joya9 bet support immediately at the email address provided in the footer. joya9 bet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the affected account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

joya9 bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, including:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driving licence with photograph

04.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Funds are returned exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. joya9 bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

All BDT transactions are settled in Bangladeshi Taka. INR transactions are settled in Indian Rupees. No automatic currency conversion is applied without the player's knowledge. If a conversion is necessary due to technical constraints, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed to the player prior to the transaction being processed.

05.Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on joya9 bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. It is the player's responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. In the event of any discrepancy between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product category.

Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by joya9 bet's systems and a bet reference number has been issued. A bet is not confirmed merely by the player clicking a "Place Bet" button — confirmation is subject to system acceptance, odds validity at the moment of submission, and market availability.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on joya9 bet cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major international cricket. In-play betting markets are updated in real time. The following conditions apply to all sports markets:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of final confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• joya9 bet reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of an abandoned, cancelled, or postponed sporting event, bets will be settled according to joya9 bet's event-specific rules for that sport. Typically, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Suspected manipulation of sporting events, or any form of match-fixing involvement, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games available on joya9 bet — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — use certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) information for individual slot titles is available in the game information panel within the platform. 5.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

06.Bonuses & Promotions

joya9 bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL and IPL cricket calendars. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion's offer page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the offer page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.

07.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya9 bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the joya9 bet platform, regardless of the name, email, device, or payment method used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorised payment disputes, and the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or interact with game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker and other competitive formats.
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including using the platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at joya9 bet staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or joya9 bet's backend systems without authorisation.

08.Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by joya9 bet

joya9 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account abuse.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to cease service to a particular jurisdiction.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative closure with prior email notification).

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, joya9 bet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player has engaged in fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where no breach is established, remaining balances will be returned to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their joya9 bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at the email address in the footer. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and pending wagers) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method upon closure. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and are implemented immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will not be accessible, and no marketing communications will be sent.

8.3 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming jurisdiction law. In the event of any dispute between a player and joya9 bet arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the support channel. joya9 bet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction prior to using the platform.

joya9 bet's decisions on matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and fraud investigations are final and binding, subject to the good-faith complaints process described above. The platform's liability in any single dispute shall not exceed the net deposit value of the player's account over the preceding 30 days.
